When can you expect to have your delivery assembled?
Most assemblies can be done by the next day or within 48 hours of delivery. 

Can you request a time?
We will make every effort to be as flexible and accommodating as possible. Scheduling your assembly in the evening or on the weekend can be made to fit your schedule.

If you need to change your assembly time or cancel, what do you do?
Please contact us as soon as possible and we will make the arrangements for a change of date or time.

How long will the assembly take?
Assembly times vary depending on the number and size of pieces. We cannot commit to specific time requirements. Generally, items take from 1-4 hours per piece, depending on the size and complexity of each item.  Unpacking furniture still takes time, but not as much.

Will the assembler move the furniture?
If you require existing furniture or other items in the room to be moved or rearranged to accommodate installation and/or placement of new assembled items, there is a minimum charge of for up to 30 minutes. We will position furniture in the room once built. It may be necessary for you to provide assistance when positioning furniture.

What if an item is discovered to be broken or defective during assembly?
It's your responsibility to inspect cartons for obvious damage at the time of delivery. Advise the  delivery personnel to return suspicious items to place of purchase for replacement. We are NOT responsible for damaged or lost parts caused by other parties. We also will NOT open cartons if is obviously crushed or damaged. If an item had been discovered to be broken or defective during assembly, we will call and order the parts to be sent directly to you. When the part arrives, you can call to schedule an appointment to complete assembly.  NOTE: most furniture manufacturers have 1 to 3 years warranties on their furniture, and will replace damaged parts "free of charge".

Is there a minimum assembly charge?
There is a minimum assembly charge. Rates are based on complexity of each item.  We are competitive and we may take a little extra time to complete assembly of your furniture...at "no extra cost" to you. We prefer Quality Workmanship...to your satisfaction.

Are you Insured? 
JTS Services is insured and we also offer a 30 day warranty on all our  workmanship.
